At Anchor Coatings Manufacturing your online credit card transactions are secure. Customer accepts all responsibility for orders left at shipping address that is assigned. Signatures are required for acceptance. If customer agrees to “no signature required”, you must contact Anchor Coatings Manufacturing prior to ordering so we can note the order. Anchor Coatings Manufacturing is not responsible for any order deemed to be missing/stolen. On our order form we ask that you confirm your order before submission and verify the information you completed. Please be sure your order is correct before submitting. Anchor Coatings Manufacturing is not responsible for errors made by its customers. If you do not want your order to be left at your home by Fedex in the event you are not home, you must contact our office so we may issue a proof of signature on your order. Anchor Coatings Manufacturing is not responsible for orders that are delivered but are missing. Should you not want FedEx or UPS to leave your order at the door when you are not at home, you must contact us prior to the shipping of your package. Anchor Coatings is not responsible for lost orders that are left at your delivery location. Anchor Coatings Manufacturing will provide a refund on any damaged materials. We do not provide refunds or returns for any items that have left the warehouse and arrived to you in non-damaged condition. Commercial accounts must provide their ASDI number for damaged returns. If order is lost or stolen, it is the customer responsibility to contact Anchor Coatings Manufacturer to replace and ensure claim is supported. You will need to contact us for an RMA number prior to shipping. We cannot be responsible for orders that are sent without an RMA. If you have not requested a “signature required”, you agree not to hold Anchor Coatings Manufacturing responsible for any packages left at your location. Anchor Coatings Manufacturing retains all order forms processed over its Web site and sends out responses confirming the information entered in the order forms. We gladly replace any items you receive that have been damaged by the carrier. It is the consumer’s responsibility to check the order before the shipping company leaves. Once the shipping company has left, you have accepted the order and verified that it was not damaged. You will need to contact us for the proper address for damaged returns: 800-ASK-KOAT or email us at email@example.com. Anchor Coatings Manufacturing is not responsible for returns you make to any address or warehouse point of shipment other than the address we provide. By placing your order, you agree you will not refuse shipment or attempt a chargeback on any valid order placed.
If terms are established, a service charge of 3.5% per month will be charged on all invoices not paid within 30 days from the date of the invoice. Returns are not accepted on orders after 30 days of an order being placed. Deposits on orders of 100 gallons or more are non-refundable. Clients agree to pay reasonable attorney fees and collection costs incurred by Anchor Coatings Manufacturing, and give their personal guarantee as to any outstanding payments. Warranties are based on the material being applied to the original surface, such as metal (coated or galvanized steel, weathered aluminum or weathered copper), clay, barrel or concrete tiles(including Bermuda), rubber membrane, concrete (except foot traffic surfaces such as decks or patios), urethane foam, primed wood fiberglass, weathered standing seam or corrugated metal roofs. If the product is being coated over another coating, please advise Anchor Coatings what the existing coating is. Anchor Coatings will warranty based on the current existing coating based on a sound substrate. Warranties are not provided for application over non-sound substrates. Moisture test is advised to ensure the substrate is sound and proper adhesion is achieved.
