RE: Anchor Coatings, Leesburg, Florida

Anchor Coatings painted our home recently and to say the least, I was very much impressed with the professionalism and the scrutiny to detail that his staff portrayed in their painting mission. The house was cleaned, the dirt drawn back, the necessary areas prepped, undercoated, and finally top coated. Everything was put back in place and there was never a point when, should my wife have a question, that it was not promptly and courteously handled.

As Director of Purchasing for The Villages, I have seen many subcontractors and how their personnel and companies dealt with the public, and all I can say is that I was very much impressed and would not hesitate in a minute to recommend their services highly to anyone that had the need.

Sincerely yours,
Stephen J. Drake

Dear Gary:

I have been asked to comment on your roof coating product. We applied your roof coating to the roof of a 45,000 sq. foot building approximately 5 years ago.

The coating has provided better insulation, rust protection and a longer lasting roof. We are very pleased with the results we have obtained from your roof coating.

With best regards, I am
Sincerely,

Dear John:

I was glad to learn that you are now involved with Anchor Coatings. I want to tell you about my past experience with Anchor's Thermal Roof Coat. I applied two coats to my roof about seven years ago and couldn't believe the results. Not only did it lengthen the life of my shingle roof but the heat transfer into the attic from the roof was significantly reduced. I decided to conduct an experiment prior to the application. I took a temperature reading on the outside of the roof at 98 degrees and the attic temperature reading was 127 degrees. After I applied the Thermal Roof Coat, I waited for another 98 degree day and also took another reading in the attic. I was amazed that the attic temperature was 81 degrees.

The roof coating was able to provide a radiant barrier that reduced my attic temperature by 46 degrees. I have recommended Anchor products to many friends.

Sincerely,

Gentlemen:

Thought you might want to hear from a satisfied customer. Not long ago I painted the metal roofs of 29 apartments. I needed a paint that would inhibit rust and hopefully provide a radiant barrier. My painting contractor recommended your Metal Koat. I was very pleased with the results and your residents told us that the inside air temperature was considerably cooler in the hot summer months. Your product really does work.

Sincerely,
James Walker

RE: Florida Shores Plaza

Dear Gary:

Within the past week Florida Shores Plaza was awarded the Beautification Award for the City of Edgewater. There was a picture taken for both the Observer and the News-Journal and articles were written a few days later.

This letter is to sincerely thank you and your respective company for your participation in making this award possible. Without your help and devotion, Florida Shores Plaza would not look as good as it does today. We've come a long way since we took this center over two years ago, and we are very proud.

I'm sorry that we could not mention contractor names unless their services were given as charity, citing free advertising as their excuse.

Again, many thanks, and we appreciate your continued hard work to make our center a nice place to shop.

Best Regards,
Scott D. Copeland
Property Manager

Dear Debbie and Gary:

Just a note to tell you how successful the roof coating we ordered this spring from you is doing. We have painted three commercial buildings with flat roofs already this summer and it has done a fine job; we have several more to coat this summer. We believe it has answered and cured our flat roof problems. We are thoroughly satisfied with your products and can highly recommend them. I will see you this fall.

Sincerely,
Richard H. Alves
