Mastic Primer 101 (Roof & Wall Primer): A water based, high solids, elastomeric coating and sealant made from 100% acrylic resins. This extremely durable penetrant sealant is specifically designed to be used as a prep and prime coat or to restore coarse or highly weathered surfaces. Use on asphalt, fiberglass, asbestos shingles, concrete or clay tile, precast concrete, slate, wood shake, roll roofing, built up roofs (tar and gravel), and polyurethane foam. (Mastic Primer 101 is not intended to be used as a primer coat on rusted metal roof surfaces – see Metal-Koat 102 Rust Inhibitive.)

Metal-Koat 102 Rust Inhibitive: A high quality, water based, 100% acrylic resin, liquid applied, rust and corrosion resistant formulation that provides both a prime and finish coat in the same application. Designed to perform well on all metal building surfaces, including water-tanks, storage bins, etc. (Metal-Koat 102 Rust Inhibitive is not required on new metal roofs – see Thermo-Flex 103.)

Thermo-Flex 103: A water-based, insulating, highly flexible, elastomeric coating formulated with premium 100% acrylic resins to provide maximum bond strength. High quality acrylic resins are fortified with minerals such as plate-like mica particles to insure superior flexibility and strength, forming a continuous rubber-like blanket of protection that will expand and contract with your roof. Thermo-Flex 103 is exceptional on any roof surface subject to high expansion and contraction. Use on asphalt, fiberglass, asbestos shingles, concrete or clay tile, slate, wood shake, roll roofing, built up roofs, polyurethane foam, and all types of metal roofing. (If rusted metal is present, you should apply a spot primer to the rusted area - see Metal-Koat 102 Rust Inhibitive.)

Natural Sealant 104: Natural Sealant 104 is a unique water-based 100% acrylic resin formulated as a clear coating to seal, preserve, rejuvenate, and protect a variety of substrates. Natural Sealant 104 is integrally locked into the substrate as a result of its low viscosity and microscopic penetration properties, providing a water-repellency barrier. Specifically developed as a penetrating sealant for use on surfaces such as asphalt, asbestos, or fiberglass shingle roofs, fiberglass skylights, natural or pre-painted wood surfaces, concrete, brick, stucco, tile roofs, stone, aluminum, and metal surfaces.

Weatherseal SA 27 Caulk: A durable, all-purpose, acrylic latex sealant, possessing excellent whiteness retention, superlative adhesion to most construction material surfaces, and superior flexibility. It is ideal for interior/exterior sealing of cracks in wood trim, metal, and masonry. It’s an excellent tub and marine caulk and can be painted with latex or oil base paint when dry (generally within four to six hours, depending upon climatic conditions). Weatherseal SA 27 Caulk will adhere to wood, metal, glass, concrete, marble, brick, and ceramic tile. This product is not suitable for underwater use.
